Aaand HERE WE ARE!
WEEK THREE! Why on Wednesday? Meh, no idea. Blog writer's block!
Here are a few pics
of a Ukrainian market. Its usually absolutely packed during the summer days,
buuuut during the winter time nobody wants to freeze to death, and there are
obviously less foods to sell.
Not much has been
happening these past few days. I've been sitting at home till about 4 or 5 pm
and playing Chrono Trigger (on that in a sec) and then chilling with some
amigos! We usually go walk around town, or chill in a cafe, or eat some pizza,
or just do whatever we feel like! Going to a club soon, and for my birthday,
I'm thinking of doing something cool as well! Even though I have no idea what
yet... But it will be GLOOOORIOUUUS!!!
Almost as glorious
as Chrono Trigger was! (whoo transition exp. GET! Transition lvl UP!) I just
beat the game last night, and hooooly crap. It's Currently my favorite RPG of
all time! The beautifully drawn world and character sprites. The fantastically
composed music pieces, ALL of which I found good, and many quite catchy. The
amazing story, filled with engaging characters, crazy plot twists, and it's 13
different endings. All of these things come together SO seamlessly, I was
honestly blown away. This 16 bit experience literally had me tear up at times,
made my heart beat faster, made me smile, made me laugh, and made me realize
how far good storytelling, with a little bit of humor sprinkled in, can get, no
matter the genre, or the medium, or the technological limitations. Simply a
masterpiece. Now, if you haven't played it yet, GO GO GO!!! LIEK NAOOOO!!! Or I
shall USE THE GLORIOUS POWER OF LAVOS AND MAKE YOU WISH YOU WERE NEVER
BOOOORNNN!!! MWAHAHAHAHA!
Yuss! The first of
the 13ths of the year, FRIDAY! THE END OF THE WORLD, GUYS! IS COMIN'!
First snow! I go
into my friend's house for 5 minutes, and come out to find the recently dry
ground, all covered in GLOOOOORIOUS snow. I like snow. The way it looks close up, with each snowflake crafted into a
perfectly symmetrical masterpiece, and when you observe from afar, with the
snow covering tree branches, roofs, and everything around, and brightening up
the world. I also love the way snow sounds when you step on it! And snowball
fights, and making snow peoples, and eeeeverythaaang!
My friend is like
"pshhhh you are like a little kid taking pictures of everything all the
tiOMG SNOW! TAKE A PIC OF ME!!!"
This is pretty
hilarious to me. Its a statue of Lenin. At a place called Freedom Square.
Freedom from whom you may ask? Oh maybe the communists or something? OHHH THE
IRONY (and the snuuu mostly melteded D=)
And some trees,
doing pretty much the same thing as the tower! They need to be more hipster! Be
the change, trees!
And then me my aunt
and my grandma, went to see a Ukrainian version of Mamma Mia, all written and
acted out by our own peoples from my town!
It only took a few
minutes for the whole place to fill up, after which, with great anticipation,
we all waited for the show to start!
The performances,
which were full of genuine feelings and emotions, left a mark on me, and had me
smiling and full of energy by the end of the show!

aww should have gotten some pictures of yourself while you were at the club!!
