12/28 Ukraine: Week One

I walk by a very comfy seating area, that I thought was attached to my college, go into the store, take my shoes off, after coming up to a carpeted area, and look at a movie preview. It's in a glass one gallon jar, filled with clear liquid, and only the very background track of the movie's audio can be heard. I hear humming, static, background noise, and echoes of voices without the original voices coming first. I put my ear right next to the neck of the jar, and suddenly a picture comes in focus at the back of my eyelids, and all of the sound suddenly appears. I see a trailer for a movie that is a Harry Potter and Twilight mix and at a point, Harry, who is sitting at a wooden dining table, turns into a shiny black unicorn, and knocking the table off to the side, gallops away. I pull my ear away and the picture disappears. I catch a glimpse of Kathleen deeper into the store. Without putting my shoes on, I run off of the carpet area and after her. SO EXCITE SO EXCITE SO EXCITE! Had an amazing time. Sang along, pushed people around, lost my voice. Life is GOOD. Blargh. Life has been packed full of stuff the past few weeks. But the kind of stuff that either melts your brain, and leaves you with a pile of jelly by the end of the day, or the kind that doesn't use it at all (aka finals and gym!) Therefore all I've been trying to do is keep calm and try to squeeze a few movies in, when thinking is not an option, try to talk to people, because I still want to have something that at least somewhat resembles a social life, aaand do school work up the ass. Other than that, nothing has really been happening. I've been constantly tired, and really wishing for some kind of a release. Thankfully...
